Bungee Jump In Nepal

While most potential clients associate Nepal Trekking Experts with the company’s stellar reputation in the trekking industry, we also offer a number of extremely popular one-day excursions that are wonderful experiences in their own right. They’re the perfect add-on for people who’ve been on one of our longer expeditions through the Himalayas and are looking for an additional thrill to round out their visit to Nepal, and there are few things more exhilarating than jumping off a bridge tethered to a bungee cord!

We depart at 6:00 am for the drive from Kathmandu to Last Resort, a trip that typically takes around three hours. Once there, we make our way to the Swiss-made suspension bridge hanging over the Bhotekoshi River 160 meters below—yes, you read that right—160 meters, making the jump the longest bungee jump in the world.

Once on the bridge, the staff will prepare you for the leap and run through the safety procedures, then you’ll be strapped up, fully primed for the adrenalin rush, and on your way down to get as close-up a view of the Bhotekoshi as possible!

The cost of the bungee jump in Nepal is 100 dollars, which can be paid either in dollars or local currency.

If you want to add even further to the thrills and spills, there are additional options to go canoeing or whitewater rafting—the Bhotekoshi is famous for it—so talk to our staff and see what else we can arrange during your stay.

Best Time For Bhote Koshi Bungee Jump

The best time to go for this adrenaline-pumping adventure is during Nepal’s dry seasons, which typically span from October to May. During this period, the weather is generally clear, with sunny skies and pleasant temperatures.

Here, Autumn and Spring are the peak seasons due to favorable conditions and stable weather. You can also do this in Winter, however, NTE does not recommend this adventure during Monsoon due to less visibility and a higher chance of rainfall.
