I went on the Langtang and Ghorepani treks with Raj and he is honestly the best trekking guide in all of Nepal, and probably even in the world. Excellent service, understanding, encouraging and down to earth. Basically he has every quality you'd want a person to have who is guiding you through tough terrain and caring for your wellbeing. We did the Langtang trek in the winter, just the two of us, and it was very difficult for me (off season trek in seriously difficult conditions) but Raj was so supportive and I always trusted him. There are many trekking companies in Nepal that overcharge and scam foreigners, and you'd never know you were scammed. Raj is trustworthy and fair, always offers the best prices for the best service. Don't go to anyone else.

I travelled with Raj, Rabin, and Ganga in 2014. It was an amazing trek to Ghorepani. They met us in Kathmandu and we travelled together to Pokhara. We did paragliding in Pokhara and then trekked for 3 days before returning to Kathmandu. The whole experience was full of fun and laughter. One member of our party was sick during the trek and Raj made sure she got what she needed. We saw other guides who went way ahead of their groups, that never happened. I couldn't give a better recommendation! When I go back to Nepal I will certainly use Nepal Trekking Experts!

I stumbled across Raj when I arrived in Kathmandu. He was brilliant from the off setting me up with two boys with similar interests who wanted to do the same trek as me. He was unbelievably helpful in getting visas and paperwork sorted as soon as possible so that we could get going with no delay. Our wonderful guide Rabin helped to make the experience what we wanted. He listened to and understood our expectations and opinions, make a great leader. We had to make some difficult decisions along the way and he and Raj were able to support us to make our own informed decisions. Raj and Rabin knew the region very well and set us up in great guest houses along the way. Rabin was lovely to have around in the evenings and good company on the walk. My wonderful porter, Koomar (apologies for poor spelling) was equally great company and also knowledgeable about the mountains!

I spent very memorable days in the Everest region in Nepal. I used to dream to see this highest peak of the world and now I arrested it in my camera. My guide arranged everything and helped me a lot. He did not let me feel tired and boring. I have read about the Manaslu region and willing to go there with this company again. I like to make a strong recommendation.
