In case you are looking for a professional, safe and heart-warming travel agency you are right here. In our 11-day Manaslu track we had a great experience with Ganesh and Uttam being highly experienced as they did the Track already more than 25 times. Rajesh was the great manager who coordinated all in the background. On the tour itself we saw amazing landscapes, on some of the more unbeaten paths compared to Anapurna. Accomodations are basic but sufficient for a 11-day tour. The personal highlight for us was Shala and crossing the pass.

I was recomended Nepal Trekking Experts by an old hand on Trip Advisor Forums. Up to this point I was told by other agencies Not possible Once I spoke to Rajesh it all changed, and I found out it was possible. Thank you. I was introduced to Chandra and did the 3 passes trek but changed my mind and did Pikey Peak and left the last pass out Renjo La. If I could speak and understand another language like Chandra I would be very happy. We spent 21 days together and he was so aware of when we needed space or I needed help. I miss his cheerful demeanor now that I am home. I wanted a flexible approach and I think I tested it to the extreme. They were so accomodating in every respect.

Great experience overall! I did the Tsum Valley + Manaslu circuit trek, beautiful varied landscapes, with not too many tourists.
The guides (Rajan) and the porters (Chhiring) where really helpful, and quite flexible in terms of itinerary. We had some really fun evenings together, playing cards, huddled close to the fire, while on others they were showing of their best dance moves on Nepali music.

My first experience with Nepal has been amazing because of the team of Nepal Trekking Experts. With preparing my solo trip - as I didn’t know what trek to do - Rajesh facilitated me with lots of good and helpful suggestions. I chose to do Manaslu Circuit with the extension of Tsum Valley and joined the group (2 other people) . I was really impressed by the fast responses and detailed information i got. Rajesh helped me decide what i would need for my trek (porter yes/no, gear, etc), but also visa preparations for example.

The trekking team with Kedar as my guide, and Thakur and Uttam as highly appreciated porters, was very professional, but also really fun. You can see that Kedar has loads of experience in the mountains, he is more than familiar with the area and knows the good places to eat/sleep (for example the Chumchet homestay was one of the best experiences during the trek - and it was originally not on the itinerary). Also it was really fun with Thakur and Uttam, as they learned me Nepalese words during the treks, but also played cards and just were joking around alot! I will definitely come back to Nepal to do other trekkings and book with this company again!

This is the easiest five star review ever. The whole team was excellent. Rajesh was informative and helpful in coordinating all the back end logistics flawlessly. Our guide, Ganesh, and porter, Gokul, were unfailingly charming, thoughtful, and extremely competent. I’m travelled all over the world and been on many guided tours and treks, and I can say with confidence that these guys are among the very best. I literally can think of nothing they could have done better.

We did the Manaslu upper route, which we very much enjoyed as it provides a more authentic experience in some Nepali villages early on (plus stellar views you don’t get on the main route) and a trip to Prok, which may actually be Shangri La.

I have had varying experiences earlier with booking local operators in various parts of the world, so I was cautious when planning our trip to Nepal. I did thorough research and asked +15 operators for offers and itineraries. Nepal Trekking Experts came on topc and I’m very glad it did. This was hands down the best tour operator experience I’ve had: communication was on point, quick, and even though we had to do some last minute changes everything worked out well.

Rajesh, the owner, is a kind and helpful person, who clearly has a goal to make the experience good for the client - not to sell and push. I respect that a lot.

For our trek, we finally did the Langtang trek together with Thakur, our guide, and Padam as our porter. Both were professional and nice people, and we learned so much about the area, Nepali people, and life in general. Throughout the trek, we felt safe, got help when needed, got answers when asked - and everything in the most kind and respectful way. I can highly recommend this duo to any of your adventures!

Rajesh also helped us to organize our lodge in Chitwan - and boy, what a place that was. I’m sure we wouldn’t have found it without Raj’s help.

All of this at a very resonable price - as much as half of what some other operators offered for the same package.

If you are trying to pick a trekking company, pick this one!!! From the moment we first contacted them to the moment we said goodbye in Katmandu we were extremely well taken care of and always knew they had our best interests in mind. Our guide was awesome and extremely knowledgeable, the porters were great and the scenery is unbelievable. This is a Nepal based company that will take care of you every step of the way and I will hopefully be able to trek with them again one day.

Two friends and I just completed the Gokyo Trek via Everest Base Camp. It was an amazing experience that would not have been possible without Nepal Trekking Experts. I was very happy with the whole trip and experience and would highly recommend Nepal Trekking Expert, Rajesh, and Dinesh, our guide, to anyone looking on doing a trek or travelling to Nepal.

Rajesh was very helpful, friendly, informative and responded very quickly. He organized my trip to Chitwan and a day tour of Kathmandu ahead of our trek. Everything was well organized and I felt well supported the whole time. Rajesh is always there to help you have the best experience in Nepal. I really appreciated having someone pick us up at the airport and organize our stay and travel. In addition, Rajesh was very helpful in locating and getting my lost luggage.

Our trek was fantastic. Dinesh was a fabulous guide and added a lot to the trip. He was so friendly, informative, and positive. I had some great conversations with Dinesh, he answered many of my questions, it enriched my experience and understanding of Nepal. I really appreciated not just seeing the beauty but learning about the culture and country. I appreciated the flexibility and the ability to deliver a great experience even when the weather impacted our plans. Due to snow making the pass unsafe to cross, Dinesh worked with us to find an alternative route that met our needs and ensured a fantastic experience. We stayed in good hotels, had good foods, and had a surprise fruit plate every night, which was delicious. The porters were great. I was impressed with their speed and endurance. I was very happy to not have to carry my luggage!

All the members of the group had the greatest time on this trip and are already thinking of our next trekking trip in Nepal. Without question I will book my next trek with Rajesh and his team at “Nepal Trekking Experts” and so will all those on our trek.
