We just got back from 2 weeks of trekking the Anna Purna circuit with Dinesh Rai. If you come to Nepal to trek, we highly recommend going through Nepal Trekking Expert and request Dinesh Rai as your guide. He is a wonderful person, he is knowledgeable and so kind. He will take care of you as family and will make sure you get the best out of your experience. We enjoyed every minutes in his company. We have done 2 treks with him so far and we hope to do more in the future. Thank you so much for everything you did for us Dinesh! You are the best!

Simply the best trekking agency out there! Trying to find a suitable agency sure can be challenging but from day one we had a good feeling with Rajesh. He is extremely kind and helpful and happily answered all of our questions from start to finish.

We booked the Annapurna Circuit Trek with guide and porter and everything was just perfect. We were incredibly happy with our kind guide, Lok, who showed so much experience, knowledge and care that other people envied us. Shiva, our porter, was also one of the kindest people we have met in Nepal. Accommodation was really well-chosen as well, with comfortable rooms often with ensuite bathrooms. The gear that was provided was of good quality as well. All in all, you get so much quality and service for an affordable price.

We are so grateful to Nepal Trekking Experts for making the trek an unforgettable adventure, and already miss the evenings playing Rummikub and Ludo together. We will book here again for our next time in Nepal - and so should you!

My trekking trip "Manaslu Circuit Alternative Route with Tsum Valley" in March 2024 was perfectly organised and accompanied by the agency Nepal Trekking Experts. After a warm welcome, the managing director Rajesh gave me detailed information about the tour. My trekking guide Thakur and my porter Santosh were very helpful, cheerful and professional. I can highly recommend them.
I can also recommend the "alternative route" with a few homestays, where I was able to get to know the local culture better and make personal contacts.

I booked the mardi himal package and I didn’t have to worry about anything! I got picked up at the airport, I had a nice hotel to stay at (in Kathmandu and Pokhara) and I had a great hiking experience. My guide - resham - took care of everything. I felt save, he was good fun and I had the feeling no matter what he will manage for sure. Rajesh helped me a lot and answered every single question! If it was to decide which trek or where to get money out or…or…or… I really enjoyed the amazing service. If I ever come back to Nepal and want to trek I will go for Nepal trekking experts again! Thanks for such a great and stunning experience.

I went on the manaslu circuit trek with guide Basanta and porter Mailadai. I am very happy that my friend recommended me this company, and I do recommend it to everyone. On beforehand, the communication with the office over email was very quick and clear. I went on the trek early in the season. Our guide Basanta is very knowledgeable in the region. He showed us viewing points that other guides did not know. Trekking with him made me feel safe all the time. He speaks English very well, is funny and taught us a bit Nepali. I am excited to come back to Nepal and trek with this team again. Everything was perfect, I have no points of improvement.

First time in Nepal and with endless opportunities for trekking it is hard to find the right company- I got a recommendation for this one and just went to the office in Kathmandu without much knowledge.
They were super professional and very kind and super transparent about time/money/ opportunity! It was great and when I left I had 10 days planned out.

I felt super safe going as a young women and my guide Resham were very helpful and understanding (just the day before I was suppose to leave for the mountains I got food poisoning unable to move😅 he fixed everything, another night at the hotel and we left a day later, no problem) also I changed my mind last minute about having a porter and he also fixed that last minute!! Bothe guys were so helpful and sweet. 10/10 are coming back for more and longer treks

Again I went hiking with Nepaltrekkingexperts (every time again). The competent help of Rajesh helped a lot in finding a suitable trek for me as well as finding the perfect (porter)guide for me – Kritam.
This time I started with the Tamang Heritage trail which is mostly cultural interesting. Lots of monastries, Tamang people with traditional cloths (the beautiful hats of the Tamang women), and sometimes a glimp of a snowy mountain. Thanks to Kritam, my guide, I learned a lot about the surrounding and the history of the Tamang people. We were very lucky to see puja’s and traditional dances at the monastries – just awesome. Although you stay under the 3000m during this trek, this trail is still demanding because you have to ascent and descent qutie some meters every day. It is a shame that not so much people hiking this trek – you will see glimpses of snowy mountains and the Langtang Mountain Range at Nagthali viewpoint. You will also see lots of monastries, sacred lakes, as well as Tamang people in traditional clothes. And you will hike in a green scenery with bananas, oranges, and fresh lemons directly from the tree.
And if you have a very good guide like I did, you will hear lots of interesting information.
From the Tamang Heritage Trail we easily switched to the Langtang Valley and hiked up to Kyanjin Gumba where we did some dayhikes. Again I learned a lot from Kritam about the mountains around the valley.
The combination of these two treks as well as a good guide was just awesome. I learned so much, and very important, the whole trek I felt save.

This wasn't my first five star experience with Rajesh and Nepal Trekking Experts. I already did two trekking tours with them (Manaslu '19 & Everest '22) which were amazing. Rajesh, the owner, is super friendly and professional and has a huge experience & expertise in his job. His clients wishes always come first and he tries to give them the best trip they could wish for. His guides have the same attitude that he has; Binod guided us these two times and we really enjoyed ourselves to the fullest.

This year I did a one-day-hike with Nepal Trekking Experts to Champa Devi and Chandragiri. Thakur, my guide for this day, was super lovely and professional and gave me a deep insight into Nepal's people and culture. The hike was phenomenal and I enjoyed stunning views on Kathmandu and the Himalayas.

I can recommend Rajesh and Nepal Trekking Experts to anyone who is coming here. Rajesh is a very warm hearted person, who makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. Plus, he organizes everything so well that there should be nothing stopping people from having the most relaxed and extraordinary time in this beautiful country. Thank you again! :-)
