We had a very successful trip completing Everest Base Camp with our children age 10 and 12. We were nervous but Rajesh always put my mind at ease before the trip addressing all my questions and concerns, he's a very efficient communicator. They executed the trip excellently, Basantha our guide was outstanding and we trusted him fully. He was very kind, genuine and had our safety as number 1, especially with our children being young. He always made sure we were all comfortable and everything ran smoothly. We could not fault him, his attitude and mannerism. We will definitely visit Nepal again knowing we have a great, trusted contact. I told Rajesh, trust and someone genuine is key and they delivered above and beyond. We did the Manaslu circuit Trek with Nepal Trekking Experts, this company was recommended to us by a friend of our family. We do not regret our choice!
- Planning: Radj was very responsive and flexible in the trek planning,
- Trek: everything went well with Dinesh our guide, Ram and Harry our porters. Very friendly, taking care of us and making sure we do enjoy our trip. My husband get sick but we felt safe. Guides were professional and reassuring.
At the end of the trek, we had to change the planning due to a local festival (it appears that the guide was also booked for the last day for another trek) but everyting was managed and Radj was very flexible on the planning for that last day (we get a private car to get back to Kathmandu and a hotel night in Kathmandu instead of the tea house planned).

We absolutely enjoyed our first ever trekking in the Himalaya! Before the trip started, Rajesh helped us answering all our questions via WhatsApp. We had a great hotel and welcome dinner in Kathmandu. During the trek, our amazing guide Dinesh took such good care of us. He and also our porters helped us with basically everything and made us feel safe during the difficult parts of the trekking. They were all very friendly, interested and even after a long day of hiking, still excited to play cards with us. It’s not cheap, but the price is definitely reasonable when you consider that everything - hotel in Kathmandu, all hotels during the trek, all the food etc is included. We had a unforgettable journey and we’re very happy!

Excellent trek with Bijaya my porter. Visited Chukhung, Gokyo and crossed the Renjo La. Tough going but worth the effort. Rajesh did an excellent job, and is great with communicating information about the trek and is quick to reply. Recommended.

Our guide Kedar was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better guide! He was very helpful and funny! He truly cared about us having the best experience possible and did whatever he could to make it a once in a lifetime trip! I would recommend Kedar as a guide to everyone!

We did the Tsum Valley and Manaslu Circuit and the views on the trek were stunning! It was planned to be 16 days, but we ended up finishing it in 14 days. We met some awesome people along the way which made the trek an even better experience! Overall we had an incredible trip! I plan to go back to Nepal and do another trek at some point and I will be using Nepal Trekking experts when I go back!

My advice to anyone planning to do a trek; bring Compeed/hydrocolloid pads for blisters. I had never heard of these before but was very fortunate to meet some really nice people who gave me some! Also, it was recommended to us to keep your pack 10kg or under if you are carrying it yourself. I did not follow this as my pack weighed approximately 20kg and I will definitely be packing lighter next time!

We did the ABC trek in sept 2023 and had a great time. Rajesh was very easy to communicate with over email and in person and answered all queries. Our guide Rajan, and porters Gautam and Santos were very professional and great people to spend 10 days with. From airport pick up, hotel, welcome dinner, and the trek it self, everything was a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend to others and book with them in the future. Thank you so much!!

Nepal Trekking Experts took good care of me, had an excellent guide, Upendra Rai, and reserved good lodging and meals throughout the trek to EBC and in Kathmandu at Hotel Thamel Park. Upendra pointed out wildlife, took time for photos, explained cultures, and kept me safe and on schedule, I highly recommend them!

From the very start of our research into a trek to suit us we have been supported by Rajesh and his team. All our questions were answered quickly and clearly. Once we were in Kathmandu Rajesh made sure everything ran smoothly. Once on the trek Lok and Santosh took over. They were amazing. They took care of everything we needed and made sure that everyone was ok. The Tsum Valley was stunning. As we made our way to the high pass Lok kept an eye on us all to make sure we were ok. We all got there together and celebrated.
The food and accommodation were both good except for the final high camp which was crowded and cold. Can’t be helped. Transport to and from the trekking area was good, but the roads are challenging! We had great drivers. We had wall to wall sunshine and no wind. My highlights were the stunning views, relaxed lunches and stops at tea house most days. The monasteries (especially in the Tsum Valley) we very special.
