We have just returned from the Manaslu trek and I can not be more grateful for the experience lived. From the very beginning, Arjun proved to be an impeccable professional: knowledgeable about the terrain, attentive, resolute and always willing to share his culture and wisdom with a smile. Thanks to him, every day was much more than a walk: it was a lesson in life, nature and humanity.

I also want to highlight the incredible work of Uttam, our porter. His fortitude, kindness and dedication were admirable. Always watching everything, even beyond his work. You could tell he was doing it with passion and respect.

The tour of the Manaslu circuit is demanding, yes, but with equipment like this it becomes a deeply enriching and safe adventure. I recommend this experience to anyone who is looking for an authentic trek, away from the most crowded routes, and above all, accompanied by people who really care about you.

In april, my brother and I did the Kanchenjunga trek. It was though, but so worth it! We hardly saw any other tourists on the way, the views where better then you can ever expect and the landscapes so diverse that every day felt like a new trip.

We were so happy and gratefull for our guide. The most professional (and funny) one you can expect. He took good care of us and told us so many details about the beauty of Nepal.

We had an incredible time on our Three Passes trek (and during our whole visit to Nepal) thanks to Nepal Trekking Experts! I researched trekking guides thoroughly before we started our trip and probably reached out to 15 of them and decided Nepal Trekking Experts was the best during my planning in terms of reviews, ease of communication, and price. After the trip was complete I can confidently say they I was right to choose them. We had a specific itinerary in mind that would fit with our schedule and Rajesh was extremely helpful and accommodating. He answered all our questions promptly during planning, and provided extra info, tips and advice that we wouldn’t have known to ask about. When our international flight to Nepal was delayed by 12 hours, he pulled out all the stops to make sure we still made it to Lukla according to our schedule, coming to the airport himself with all the gear we rented to allow us repack our stuff into their duffle bags and then taking our suitcases to store at their office. It was extremely convenient and we would have been hugely delayed without all his extra effort to help us. He even brought Nepalese rupees for us to convert from our USD so we wouldn’t have to waste time doing that (and gave us a better exchange rate than you’d get at the airport!)

Our guide, Lok, was clearly one of the best we saw on the trails. He has been doing this for decades and his experience showed. He was kind, attentive, interesting and knowledgeable. He helped us through the confusing Lukla airport navigation, made sure we got the nicest possible accommodations within our desired budget along the way, communicated with all the tea house staff for us, showed us interesting plants, animals, and landmarks along the trails, patiently answered all our repetitive “which mountain is this?” questions, told us interesting stories about the area and his experiences, taught us a fun Nepali card game to play during our down time, and made sure we felt safe and comfortable on the trickier parts of the trails (like Chukhung Ri, descending down from the passes, or crossing the glaciers after Kongma La and Cho La passes). Our trek was so much easier, more comfortable, and more fun with him there to guide us! He also did a fantastic job re-booking all our rooms when we decided to cut out an acclimatization day in Dingboche that we decided we didn’t need. Once he shuffled everything around mid-trip, we were able to get back to Kathmandu a day earlier to enjoy an extra day in the city at the end of our trip which was really nice.

Our porter, Muli, was also fantastic! He was so so strong and impressive, always a friendly face to see on the trails, and always had our bags ready and waiting for us when we got to the next tea house at the end of our hike. He joined in on a couple of our acclimatization day hikes which was really fun and was just generally a great companion!

Nepal Trekking Experts clearly employs the best in the business and Rajesh is extremely good at his job and clearly cares a lot about making sure his customers have a great experience. We visited his office after we got back to Kathmandu to tell him all about our experience on the trek and he was a wonderful host and eager to hear any and all feedback we had, which was all very positive!

5 friends. 14 days. 2 high passes. 135 + kms. But countless memories.

Nepal Trekking Experts ensured that our trek to Nar Phu Valley-Kang La paa-Thorang La pass was smooth and incident-free. The team was alert, responsive and attentive all the way. At one point we made a decision to tweak the ity. and bit - our guide Resham was extremely proactive in providing the alternatives to us, as well as in actioning the changes for the rest of the ity. But most importantly, the team got us back safely. Climbing is one thing, but getting back down safe is equally important.

Nepal Trekking Experts was phenomenal. Rajesh and his team were communicative, organized, and fairly priced. When our flight to Kathmandu was delayed, Rajesh met us at the airport and ensured we made our connection to Lukla without issue.

On the Three Passes trek, our guide Lok was exceptional — attentive, flexible, and fun (he taught us Nepali card games we played nonstop). Our porter Mulli was a ray of sunshine, always positive and uplifting. Thanks to Nepal Trekking Experts, this truly was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

We had a fantastic trekking guided by Dinesh from Nepal Trekking Experts. Everyting was organised perfectly and proffessionally. When we arrived in Kathamandu we were received kindly and all arrangements were made. Throughout the trekking we were always well informed about the plan for the next day, and during each hike we had great conversations and laughs with Dinesh and Nil (our porter). Additionaly we felt very safe with the experienced guidance. Last but not least, the trekking is breathtaking with the most amazing views and sceneric lodges with delicious food and hospitality. We absolutely LOVED our Manaslu Circuit trek with Nepal Trekking Experts. Rajesh patiently answered all of our questions before we arrived in Nepal and made sure we understood everything clearly. The day before we left on our trek, we had a face-to-face meeting to make sure we were prepared. I especially appreciated the detailed packing list that he sent us in our early email exchanges.

Our guide Rabin was wonderful - he was always helpful and knowledgeable, and he has a great sense of humor. He tells lots of good stories, too. Our porter Mahesh was also very friendly and patient with us.

We'll be back in Nepal for more trekking soon, and we're absolutely planning to book again with Nepal Trekking Experts. I can't recommend them highly enough.
