My boyfriend and I recently completed a 3 day trek with Nepal Trekking expert to Chisapani and Nagarkot. Rajesh was super helpful in helping to organise and book this trip for us as well as really professional. The night before the trek we were invited to his office to have a briefing on the trek, what to expect and what to bring and to meet our lovely guide Dinesh. We really appreciated this, and having spoke to other people not every company does this! We had such a great time on the trek, everything was well explained and organised. Dinesh was a fantastic guide, not only was he really knowledgeable on the area and the mountains, answering all our questions, he also made us feel really comfortable and we had fun at the same time! I wouldn’t hesitate to book again with Nepal Trekking experts and especially with Dinesh as our guide and I will recommend to others too!

I choose to do the Langtang Gosiaikunda Trek from mid-August to the end of August. This time is not known as the peak season due to the rains, and that led me to be quite apprehensive about the trek. However, I decided to find an agency where I could get a guide and I could not be happier having chosen Nepal Trekking Experts. Rajesh was truly welcoming, he helped me with the logistics of the trek, which can be quite a hassle when it is your first time in Nepal. This enabled me to simply just focus of the incredible landscapes and experience you have when being in Nepal. Rajesh was an honest host and I truly appreciated that. Binod was my guide for the trek. It was rather incredible seeing how knowledgable the guides are about the surrounding landscapes and mountains ( which I happen to be very fond of). He took exceptional care of me and always called me his 'bahini' meaning little sister - which only goes to show the familial hospitality you'll receive by choosing this incredible team. I have no doubt that which ever trek you choose, you'll be in knowledgable and safe hands with Nepal trekking experts. Happy trekking!

I have done with Nepal Trekking Experts two treks. In November 2018 Manaslu trek with my father and in April 2022 Gokyo Ri trek with my wife. We had such a great time and it was mainly thanks to great guiding and services provided by Rajesh and his team. The approach to their customers from the first meeting in Kathmandu till the end of the trek is outstanding. No other words needed. Special thanks to Binod and Ram for Manaslu trek and Rabin and Kisur for Gokyo Ri trek.

We had an amazing experience with Nepal Trekking Experts. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind - three characteristics you want to see in such an organization. We strolled in on Sunday evening (without an appointment and during peak season) and on Tuesday morning we left.

Rajesh - the owner of the organization - is an extremely good host and makes you feel right at home (as you'll read from the other reviews as well). We planned on talking with at least 2 or 3 different guiding organizations, but after our initial talk with Rajesh we basically immediately decided to go with this organization, because we couldn't imagine any other company providing better service. From the other tourists and guides we met along the way that certainly proved right.

We did Manaslu+Tsum valley trek. Resham - our guide - was caring and knew the mountains like the back of his hand. He is local to Manaslu region and seemed to know every person we met during those two weeks. He even helped out other hikers that fell ill and felt compelled to make sure everyone had a good time and made it down safely instead of just our little group of two. A kind and caring soul.

I don't have anything to compare Nepal Trekking Experts to, but do you most certainly won't be disappointed. Just swing by the office, drink a cup of tea and you'll understand what I - and all other reviewers - mean. Happy trekking!

A very successful trekking with the guys from Nepal Trekking Experts. They took care of everything. We just followed them and admired the beautiful and remote places of north-eastern Nepal. Completely unspoiled area, very diverse. From rhododendron forest to completely rugged nature. The beautiful peaks of Janu, Khambachen and at the end the third mountain of the World - Kanchenjunga. Highly recommended for those who are looking for lesser known region, very remote, basic but unspoiled and a unique nature and culture!

It was my fifth trip to Nepal for hiking (this time Kanchenjunga Trek and Mera Peak). Already the contact with Rajesh from Nepal Trekking Experts beforehand was very convincing. All questions were answered within hours (sometimes even minutes). Rajesh catered for individual wishes as much as possible. Rajesh even actively supported my search for travel companions. The local transfers went smoothly, the local hotel was well chosen. Rajesh personally assured himself several times that the meeting and transport actually worked as planned. You can tell that customer satisfaction is very important to him. It is also apparent that Rajesh has a lot of experience with the expectations and wishes of travelers. Nepal Trekking Experts would be my first choice for a next trip to Nepal.

On the Kanchenjunga trek, Ram was my guide. Ram is an even-tempered, friendly, very positive and experienced guide. I enjoyed travelling with him very thoroughly. The arrangement of the days was very flexible and Ram always accommodated my wishes, also with regard to the choice of accommodation, which is not always a matter of course in Nepal. He taught me a lot about the country, the people and, above all, a little Nepali every day. I learned to appreciate him very much as a person and would gladly travel with him again at any time. Thank you very much again!

I would like to thank Rajesh and our guide Thakur Dahal for the best experience ever. My daughter and I were first drawn to Nepal Trekking Experts by the very responsive email communications we had with Rajesh regarding the details of preparations and what to expect. We could not have made a better choice. We desired to travel in the Upper Mustang region and as special permits are needed and well as a guide, we had some concerns about the logistics of all that. Our concerns were totally unfounded! Nepal Trekking Experts covered everything seamlessly and even though we made some requests of the company post-trek, they covered us in every detail.

Our guide Thakur was the absolute best! Having never been on a guided trek before I wondered what our relationship with the guide would be like. Thakur was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the aspects of our trip which is very different from the usual mountain trek in that so much of what we experienced was social and cultural in nature (plenty of beautiful scenery too!). He was also very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed from cups of tea to arranging air transport from Pokhara to Kathmandu at the end of our trip. By the end of our journey my daughter and I felt a true friendship with Thakur, not just a client/guide relationship. Thank you so much Thakur!! As I read in another review, “Don't waste your time doing more research -- seriously. If you're doing a trek in Nepal, look no further. Rajesh will answer every question you have and set you up for the adventure of a lifetime.” This is totally true!
