It was my fifth trip to Nepal for hiking (this time Kanchenjunga Trek and Mera Peak). Already the contact with Rajesh from Nepal Trekking Experts beforehand was very convincing. All questions were answered within hours (sometimes even minutes). Rajesh catered for individual wishes as much as possible. Rajesh even actively supported my search for travel companions. The local transfers went smoothly, the local hotel was well chosen. Rajesh personally assured himself several times that the meeting and transport actually worked as planned. You can tell that customer satisfaction is very important to him. It is also apparent that Rajesh has a lot of experience with the expectations and wishes of travelers. Nepal Trekking Experts would be my first choice for a next trip to Nepal.

On the Kanchenjunga trek, Ram was my guide. Ram is an even-tempered, friendly, very positive and experienced guide. I enjoyed travelling with him very thoroughly. The arrangement of the days was very flexible and Ram always accommodated my wishes, also with regard to the choice of accommodation, which is not always a matter of course in Nepal. He taught me a lot about the country, the people and, above all, a little Nepali every day. I learned to appreciate him very much as a person and would gladly travel with him again at any time. Thank you very much again!

I would like to thank Rajesh and our guide Thakur Dahal for the best experience ever. My daughter and I were first drawn to Nepal Trekking Experts by the very responsive email communications we had with Rajesh regarding the details of preparations and what to expect. We could not have made a better choice. We desired to travel in the Upper Mustang region and as special permits are needed and well as a guide, we had some concerns about the logistics of all that. Our concerns were totally unfounded! Nepal Trekking Experts covered everything seamlessly and even though we made some requests of the company post-trek, they covered us in every detail.

Our guide Thakur was the absolute best! Having never been on a guided trek before I wondered what our relationship with the guide would be like. Thakur was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the aspects of our trip which is very different from the usual mountain trek in that so much of what we experienced was social and cultural in nature (plenty of beautiful scenery too!). He was also very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed from cups of tea to arranging air transport from Pokhara to Kathmandu at the end of our trip. By the end of our journey my daughter and I felt a true friendship with Thakur, not just a client/guide relationship. Thank you so much Thakur!! As I read in another review, “Don't waste your time doing more research -- seriously. If you're doing a trek in Nepal, look no further. Rajesh will answer every question you have and set you up for the adventure of a lifetime.” This is totally true!

The agency is an expert in Manaslu region, Rajesh made all the preparations very smooth. I am a solo traveler and he helped me to find a group. All the communication was very smooth and I always got quick answers. Despite the tight schedule, the agency managed to get all the permits, and we left for the trek the day after arriving in Kathmandu.

Binod and Thakur are knowledgeable, responsible and funny guide / supporter who made sure we had the best experience during the trek:) We loved the nature, villages, mountain views.

This is a local company that has client/customer care and safety as its absolute priority. Rajesh, the owner, is a real pro and he is truly a trekking expert. He has decades of experience in the business and he knows his clients and what they want and he runs his company with integrity (something certain business models in Europe could and should learn from). He would even help me out by video call on whatsapp while I was shopping at Decathlon in Brussels, Belgium trying to select the right equipment for the trek.

Our guides were Rabin and Resham, who are both local to the area and they know every rock and every stone. We couldn't have asked for better guides. They were super prepared and attentive to each person's level. As a client you only had to focus on putting one foot in front of the other and enjoy the ride over the Larkya La pass, because Rabin and Resham would have thought of everything else - every detail and safety matter.

Just got back from trekking Tsum Valley and the Manaslu circuit, and we could not be more grateful for Rajesh, Ganesh (our guide for the trek) and team! Communication and assistance were spotless. From the first email we received accurate information, and Rajesh always responded within the hour on any inquiry we might have. The airport pickup service was greatly appreciated after a long flight, and when meeting up at the office in Kathmandu we got a good introduction to our trek. Rajesh went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless and enjoyable experience. Rajesh immediately understood our wants for the trip, and allowed us to make changes to our itinerary last minute to better suit our expectations. We are particularly grateful for Rajesh flexibility, trust and professionalism when we ran into issues when organizing our trip the first day in Kathmandu. An error in our planning which with other companies might have quickly halted the trek was dealt with and sorted by Rajesh in less than half an hour.

With a big smile and easy going personality Ganesh were attentive to our every need, and made sure we were always comfortable. Your happiness and safety are number one while trekking and while travelling in Nepal. I had a wonderful time, hiking to Chisipani and Nargakot. My guide, Binod, was kind and supportive and gave me a lot of insight to the local history and culture. Everything was well organized and I did not have to worry about anything while on my adventure. Even before the trek started they were so welcoming and made me feel right at home.

I only have good things to say about my guide, Prakash. He was helpful before, during and after the trek. I say after the trek because when I arrived back in Kathmandu from the trek I lost my phone, and day after day Prakash put a lot of effort in helping find it. He also borrowed me his phone for my last week in Kathmandu so I could keep in contact with family and friends. He is a genuine, kind man and someone I view as a friend for life. During the trek I was appreciative of his experience in the mountains, especially on the Kongma La Pass. Coming down the pass was steep, and in parts icy. Prakash was great at navigating and ensuring my safety at all times. You will feel relaxed and safe with him on the high passes. Rajesh, the owner makes you feel very welcome and again very helpful. I would be more than happy to use the trekking company again.
